Asking the Right Questions
Expert Insight for Lasting Change
Relationships can be easier. Let's talk about how.

Meet Steph
Steph Kain is a coach, a professor, and an expert in asking the right questions. She provides psychologically informed, inquiry-based coaching for professionals who are facing major relationship ruptures and recurring (often confusing) emotional patterns. Steph helps people connect with the subconscious patterns that keep them stuck to permanently rewire their relationship with self.
Do you feel like you're missing key information when it comes to relationships? Understanding and communicating your emotions? Stopping harmful behavioural patterns even when you know better? You're right. And the answer isn't on conflicting social media sites. It's right here, inside your own processes you haven't yet discovered.

Is this you?
Most of the time, you feel like an intelligent, capable person. You can make good decisions at work, in life. You'd even call yourself successful. But somehow - even having read the books and listened to the podcasts - you still find yourself hijacked by emotional dysregulation, unwanted conflict, and painful misunderstanding inside relationships.

You're not alone. And this can be understood and changed.
What Our Clients Say:
"We reached out for some help to better understand each other's needs and how to communicate in a way that was not confrontational. Steph helped us to understand that we all come from different blueprints (past experiences, relationships, upbringing) and that keeping that in mind when communicating a need made all the difference in our relationship. "The trap of the language around "choosing" the same dysfunctional relationships repeatedly is that "choice" implies discernment and selection. But it turns out that the subconscious mind selects relationships based on something totally different: familiarity. Not happiness. Not safety. Not compatibility. What feels familiar. To rewrite the pattern—to actually be able to choose—your subconscious mind needs to be invited to the session. The work starts there."
